Tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of modern Bebek! 7 minutes walk to the shore-line and all the best restaurants and cafes! Situated on the 1st floor of a free standing home. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor space, high speed internet, fresh linens and towels! Our home is the perfect home away from home :) Guest access Smart TV, Wifi, Fridge, 2 Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Private Balcony, The entire duplex. Other things to note Check-out: Before 11AM Quiet Hours: 22:00-9:00 We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked and all electronic devices turned off. Home Truths - There are 1 A/C in the living room, 1 A/C in the rooftop bedroom. - There is no A/C in the small bedroom (fans can be provided upon request) - Located on a slight uphill - You need to climb stairs in order to reach the building (32 steps) - You need to climb stairs in order to reach the apartment (17 steps) - There is no blackout blind in the living room - Parking can be difficult in the area - Luggage keeping service is not provided - No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages - The sofa cannot be converted into a bed Penalties for Violations - Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD - A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock - Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD - A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73.
