Apartment with large garden and sauna

Welcome to our basement apartment with a view of and access to the spacious garden. Here you can relax. This apartment is particularly child and family friendly. Children up to 18 years of age travel free of charge, please write to us. The apartment has a decentralized ventilation system, so you are guaranteed fresh air. The garden sauna can also be used by arrangement. The electric car can be charged via the wallbox at the parking lot. The space The apartment leads over a projector / projector and a screen. Bring your laptop or media stick with you. A garden gate takes you from the parking lot into the garden and onto your terrace. Other things to note There are two free-range Maran chickens, two Sussex chickens and two hybrids in the garden. If that doesn't bother you, please write to us in advance - afterwards you are welcome to use the grill and the pavilion with lounger. Please let us know if there are children traveling with you and if so, please let us know their age and whether a cot is required. Children under 18 travel free of charge.
