Long Pond Camp The space Nestled along the banks of Long Pond, this classic Mainer's cabin offers a peaceful secluded escape with easy access to Mid-coast attractions. Make the most of waterfront living with a private dock and kayaks provided for exploring the area. Anchored by a cozy, wood-burning stove, the cheerful ground-floor interior features strong natural lighting, rustic accents, and pond views throughout. Gather with friends and family in the living room to enjoy a family movie night on the flatscreen TV or choose from one of the classic board games for some old-school fun. The kitchen comes well-equipped for homestyle meals with a full array of major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy meals together at the dining table set for six. Things to know One dog welcome Please note that there is an Antenna TV with a booster only. There is no dish or cable. Guest access You'll enter through the front door using a keypad code. Enter your access code on the keypad - a green light will flash to confirm it's accepted. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. Once the code is accepted, rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door jamb to unlock it, then open the door. When you leave, press the Schlage button on the keypad, rotate the deadbolt toward the door jamb to engage it, and make sure it's fully locked - the door does not lock automatically. Other things to note A floating dock is seasonally available from May 15 through September 15 if you'd like to enjoy the water. The home does not have air conditioning - it's a cozy camp setting. In warmer months, open the windows in the evening and early morning, close them and draw the curtains mid-day to keep things cool, and fans are available throughout the home.
