From the upper floors of this dream house, you have a magnificent view over Oldsum and across the march to the dyke. With a clear view, you can even see the neighboring island! You enter the house equipped with high quality and with attention to the details via a spacious hallway with wardrobe. The ground floor has a light-flooded living room with Swedish Mylin tiled stove for cozy hours with a warming fireplace, a modern, very well-equipped kitchen-living room with cooking island, a shower room and a practical utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed (width 1.80 m). The two single beds of the second room as well as the pull-out single bed of the third room can each be "transformed" into a double bed. Furthermore, here is the comfortable main bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and as a highlight a sauna with outdoor windows. The spacious hallway has been comfortably furnished with a reading and TV corner (more TV options in the living room and in one of the bedrooms).
