The space The house is spread over two floors and has two spacious terraces. The roof terrace has a seating area and a panoramic view of the marina and the old town, while the ground floor terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue - ideal for outdoor socializing. On the ground floor there is a modernly equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 additional people, one bathroom and a laundry room. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and an additional bathroom. For additional comfort, we offer guests the possibility of using two bicycles, a baby cot on request, as well as shampoo and toiletries. The price includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
