Guest access You'll have access to the entire left side of the duplex. There is a door in between the two sides of the duplex, located in the hallway, that is always locked and soundproofed for the guest's (and our own) convenience. The backyard has yet to be renovated. Other things to note My wife and our two children (4 yrs old and 6 yrs old) live on the other side. You'll more than likely see us coming and going as we try and keep up with our kiddos! Feel free to say hello! Throughout the renovation, we tried to do as much as possible to limit the transfer of sound in between the two sides but, as you can imagine, it's nearly impossible to limit ALL sound. So you may hear our kiddos before and after school. But we try to keep things as quiet as possible.
