Casa Maria: Beach Front Villa with Private Pool

You'll have your own villa in a private garden with a pool, right in front of a clean and empty beach. We have fast Internet, a well equipped kitchen and the beds are made before you arrive. There are few tourists and no big hotels around us, and no annoying road traffic. It's a place of natural beauty and safe, children friendly environment. We follow a strict protocol for cleaning and disinfection between rentals. The space The independent villa called "Casa María" has a private garden and pool, a well equipped kitchen, a BBQ and a pergola with hammocks right in front of the beach. It occupies roughly half of our 3800m2 (one acre) beach property, the caretakers, our house and the Casa Pierre (https://www.airbnb.com/h/casapierre-monterrico)are located on the other side. The houses are separated with hedges that give good privacy, the only common area is the parking lot. Casa Maria is equipped with three double bedrooms downstairs, each with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom upstairs has its private bathroom, and is open towards the sea view and the mountains behind. This fourth bedroom is supplied with a ventilator, no air conditioning. We offer a solid discount for long time stays. That price includes Internet and air conditioning. We also offer a discount if you don’t need all the rooms. The Casa Pierre is a better option for small families. It also has its own private pool and beach entrance. This is a quiet, rural area. There are small grocery shops within walking distance, also a small restaurant. Out of consideration for the neighbours we do not allow loud music. Night life and more restaurants are found in Monterrico, 4 miles away. Ofrecemos una villa frente al mar con piscina privada. Tiene un jardín bonito y está ubicada en un area tranquilo y seguro a 6 kilómetros de Monterrico. Los guardianes viven a la entrada. Ofrecemos Internet y un servicio de restaurante, servido en su propio comedor. La villa tiene cuatro habitaciones, las tres en la planta baja con aire acondicionado, la habitación arriba está abierta a la brisa del mar y tiene además un ventilador. Cada habitación tiene su baño privado. La villa se entrega completo y bien limpio, con camas hechas y toallas. El precio incluye una limieza básica cada dos días.Hay cocina con estufa, horno, microondas, frigorífico, cacerolas y vajillas. Tenemos churrasquera, y frente a la playa una pérgola con hamacas. El precio normal es para 6 adultos y sus hijos menores. Para grupos grandes cobramos 75 quetzales extra por adulto y noche. Mascotas están bienvenidos. No permitimos música fuerte, ni fumar dentro de la casa. Guest access The garden, parking and pool area is at your disposal. We have 50 coconut palms so you can pick your own coconuts if you like, pay a tip to the caretaker if you need help with that. Other things to note This is a quiet and family friendly area, without traffic noise or big hotels in the vicinity. Loud music is not allowed. We have a resident caretaker and a burglar alarm for extra safety. We offer free, fast and unlimited wifi internet, with a Starlink dish. We have surfboards for rental, Q100 per day. As long as the Coronavirus pandemic is a threat, we take extra precautions for cleaning and disinfecting the property. We must therefore temporarily change our arrival and departure times, arrivals are now after 3 PM and departures before 12 noon. The whole property and garden is private and we want to keep it at zero contagion risk.
