The space Welcome to our modern yet historically rich coastal retreat in Monkstown, Ireland. The 170m2 property was renovated in 2023, featuring an ultra-modern kitchen and stylish staging for a cosy ambiance. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen boasts a sleek design and includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. Plush furnishings, soft lighting, and curated decor throughout the home create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether relaxing on the massive couch or cooking in the modern kitchen, every moment promises comfort and luxury. The first two bedrooms feature UK double size beds, while the other two have UK single beds (which can be extended to double). Each bedroom boasts elegant décor and complimentary hotel-quality linens adorn all beds. You'll discover a conservatory area featuring two chairs overlooking the garden. It's an ideal spot to unwind and bask on sunny days. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests have the use of the entire cottage and garden areas. Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4PM). The Check-out time is strictly 10AM. Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
