The apartment is centrally located on the island at luxury Golf & Beach Resort BlueBay in Sint Michiel, just about a 700m walk from the beach (including beach beds for 4 people worth XCG 100 per day). There is a lovely outdoor pool with beds and chairs and lovely garden around the apartment with a view of the greenery. And of course: free and fast WiFi :) When you are on the beach, there is a cozy beach bar where you can order your cold drinks and snacks. But also various restaurants (from luxury to more normal) where you can dine deliciously. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with lounge and dining area. Take a dip in the swimming pool that is almost directly next to the apartment on the ground floor. In addition, super centrally located, only 20 minutes from HATO airport, 10 minutes from Willemstad and all other beautiful beaches and attractions all within 30 minutes! Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note Electricity and water consumption (and the deposit for this) A deposit of EUR 300 is required. For short stays up to 10 nights, a lower deposit applies and for stays longer than 2 weeks, a higher deposit applies. You must pay this in advance (via an AirBnB payment request) to us as a host. During check-in and check-out, the meter readings are recorded. Your actual consumption will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining deposit will be refunded via Airbnb after checkout, within 5 business days. Most guests use an average of EUR 6-12 per day, this mainly depends on how often the air conditioners in the apartment are used. Optional intermediate cleaning (including linen change) Would you like the apartment to be cleaned extra during your stay? And the linen changed? Then choose an optional extra cleaning, this can be done as often as you like! The price for this is €89. This price therefore includes linen change. For longer stays (from 8 nights), at least 1x per week interim cleaning is mandatory. Tourist tax/OB Per stay, 7% tourist tax must be paid on the total accommodation fee. This is automatically included by AirBnB in the reservation amount as a community contribution when making the online reservation. Late Check-out Optional and on request, subject to availability, a late check-out until 6 p.m. (instead of 11 a.m. regular) on the day of departure. The cost for this is €75.00. Cot Optional and on request, a cot (including bed linen) with a thick mattress for children between 0 and 5 years old.
