Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices. The space The house is divided in 3 floors: On the ground floor you find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with a very cute balcony. On the second floor you find two bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the top you can enjoy a private outdoor space: the terrace. Other things to note Please note that there is a touristic fee in Barcelona of 9,50€ per person per night. This amount is to be added to the final price and will be collected upon your arrival IN CASH. Children under 16 are excluded. This fee is applied during the first 7 nights of each reservation. The house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility because of its narrow stairs and distribution in different floors. Important Rules: -Smoking is allowed only in the terrasse. -Parties are strictly forbidden. Not respecting those rules will lead to an immediate termination of the stay without any refund.
