This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted. As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times.
