Standard check out time is 10am. Please let us know in advance if you are looking for and/or early check-in or late check-out. We cannot always guarantee being able to accommodate your requests. We also have a flat fee of $35 for either of these requests. There is a $500 penalty for those who check out past their authorized time. We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for gatherings and parties. This is also a smoke free apartment. We have the right to terminate your stay for any of these violations. There should be no more than 2 individuals inside our unit at all times. We use a noise monitoring sensor to detect noise levels in the unit (and do not record conversations), as well as using surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit. We will involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor. We allow up to 2 pets per unit. You MUST inform us in advance if you are bringing pets. If we find out you are dishonest, we will enforce a $500 penalty. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pet PER night: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night 8-29 Nights: additional $200 30+ Nights: additional $300
