On street parking is available and also one parking spot in a secure lot. Guest access The building is very secure. There is a touch button code on the entry to the elevator and staircase. Once in the elevator there is a code to exit the elevator and then a code to enter the loft. Other things to note There is no smoking or vaping within the unit as it will set off the fire alarms. If you bring your pup please do not allow it to bark excessively and disturb other condo owners and guests.
