The space The apartment has: - Balcony with chairs and table for coffee or enjoy a clear sky It has safety mesh. - Fiber Optic, Fast and Stable Internet - The living room has an armchair, a work desk, a 50-inch TV with access to Netflix and local channels through WinTV. - The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for your comfort: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, rice cooker, oven. Find cups, ice cream, glasses, corkscrew, openers, pots, plates, pans, spatulas, as well as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea and others. - The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, 50-inch HDTV with Netflix access and local channels via WinTV. Desk and work area, candlelight, lamp, spacious closet with clothes hangers. The window has safety screens. It also has a built-in bathroom with a bathtub, safety railing and hairdryer. - The secondary bedroom 1 has a double bed and a large closet with hangar. - Secondary bedroom 2 features a one-and-a-half square bed with a 1-plane pull-out deck. - Both rooms have security mesh in their windows and share a complete bathroom with shower. - Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, liquid soap, and the essentials for the first day of arrival. - The apartment has a washing machine with a capacity of 12 kilos. You also have a portable clothes rack. The washing machine uses liquid detergent, we provide only for a first wash, until you can go to the supermarket. - The entrance hall has a mirror and ledge to leave your shoes. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment during your stay, through a smart lock. The building has a 24-hour front desk for added security and peace of mind. You also have an elevator, a washing machine inside the apartment and high-speed Wi-Fi. If you arrive by car, we have a covered garage in the first basement. Other things to note We love welcoming travelers from all over the world, and we're available during your stay to help you with whatever you need, whether it's recommendations or answering any questions. We want you to feel at home in Lima! For stays longer than 15 days, a change of sheets, towels and cleaning of the apartment is included at no additional cost.
