The space Welcome to Our Luxury Farmhouse, surrounded by luscious greenery and peaceful woodland on the outskirts of Leeds, near the charming market town of Pudsey, our luxury farmhouse is the perfect countryside escape. Ideal for all kinds of gatherings, from weddings and family get-togethers to corporate events and special celebrations. With ample indoor and outdoor space, including large lawned areas, the property lends itself perfectly to various activities and occasions. The natural woodland backdrop offers a picturesque setting for capturing unforgettable photos of your special day. For corporate or team-building events, the outdoor areas can be used for games and challenges. Birthdays can be celebrated in a unique and memorable way, enjoy outdoor games, picnics, and don’t forget to visit our cosy outhouse at the bottom of the garden, complete with chairs and swings. Our property can comfortably host up to 12 guests overnight (and up to 14 guests with sofa beds). 🚗 Parking Free parking is available on-site for multiple cars. Bedroom 2: Another spacious king-size bed for ultimate relaxation. Bedrooms 3 & 4: Twin rooms, each with two comfortable single beds, ideal for children or friends sharing. Bedrooms 5 & 6: Each room has a comfortable double bed with lovely garden views. 🛁 Bathrooms (3.5) Our fully fitted bathrooms are stylishly designed, offering a luxurious feel. Enjoy modern showers and elegant finishes in all 3.5 bathrooms. 🛋️ Living Areas Step into a large, bright, and cosy living area with a gas fire that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There are two separate living spaces, both with TVs for your entertainment. These areas are also child-friendly, featuring books, board games, and a children’s table with chairs, the perfect space for little ones to play and learn. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining Our beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. It features a large island that seats up to six people and a dining area that comfortably accommodates another eight, ideal for shared meals and conversations. 🌳 Outdoor Spaces Enjoy the spacious gardens, perfect for relaxing, playing, or celebrating. Unwind in the outdoor seating area and take in views of the woodland and gardens. You’ll also find a barbecue area for dining under the stars. National Science and Media Museum (Bradford): Only a 17-minute (approx.) drive away, this museum offers a fascinating and interactive experience for visitors of all ages. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. 🚫 No Pets Pets are not allowed.
