Unauthorised late check-outs will be charged at £50 - Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them. - Lost property will be charged posting and packaging of each item - My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remotely accessed with the benefit of having 24/7 Guest Support - Only guests who have paid are permitted to stay. Please do not invite guests who are not authorised to stay. - This is a residential area, please be respectful to the neighbours and do not play loud music after 11pm. If the purpose of your stay is to party all hours, then this place is not for you.
