You will NOT share any part of the villa, the hot tub, or the outdoor spaces with anyone outside your group. The property is accessed through a private entrance in an upscale gated community. Additionally, guests have access to the communal pools, which are shared with other residents of the gated community. Other things to note 06/09/2025 – Communal Pool Notice Please note that the complex administrator has advised us the main communal pool will be closed for essential maintenance during January and February 2026. This period is the coldest part of winter in Malta and Gozo, when swimming would not normally be expected, as the water is very cold. The administrator manages all communal pools and may occasionally close them when required for maintenance or safety reasons. The private hot tub of the villa will remain unaffected and will continue to be available during this period.
