The space This 100-square-meter detached house, built with materials that keep it cool even on the hottest days, is a perfect retreat to get to know the city and rest. Upon entering, you are greeted by a large living room with exquisite decor, which invites you to relax as soon as you see it and a kitchen open to it. Its three cozy rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. One of them can accommodate up to 4 and the other two up to 3 each, ensuring comfort for the whole family or friends But the real treasure of this house is in its 350 square meters of garden area. Here you will find a 6x4 swimming pool with jacuzzi included and a waterfall, all with night lighting, which promises hours of relaxation and fun. This pool is private for your use and enjoyment only. Two chill-out areas with Balinese beds are arranged on one side of this pool, with a magical decoration surrounded by plants, cacti and night lights. The awnings found throughout the garden are easily retractable, offering shade and comfort. Imagine spending your days in the large barbecue area, equipped with all the necessary utensils, a bar and high stools, ideal for outdoor meals and unforgettable evenings. At night with its lights it is a true wonder. Or maybe you prefer the picnic area with a nice decorative fountain, the perfect place to read a book or have a quiet conversation with the soft sound of water in the background. To highlight one of the playful moments you have the wonderful rope and wicker swings, which you can move to any part of the garden, they are a delight for both children and adults. Every corner of this house and its garden has been carefully decorated by its owner, a Sevillian passionate about her city, who has put her love and dedication into every detail. This is not just a house; it is an experience, a journey to the serenity, independence and peace that we all need from time to time. In the afternoon at sunset, you will see a sunset of unforgettable colors that will be different every day and will surprise you. Just going out to the entrance to the villa you will see it perfectly. For me, it is one of my favorite moments to see the sun fall and dress the sky in its pink color palette!!!!
