Going up to the first floor, we find on the left a bedroom with two twin beds of 105x200cm and on the right, another bedroom with a king size bed of 180x200cm. Finally, on the first floor, there is a terrace with a bench, chairs and a table, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. All floors are equipped with a Wifi signal repeater to guarantee an excellent connection quality throughout the property. The area is quiet and picturesque, perfect for enjoying the authentic Sevillian atmosphere, with easy access to traditional restaurants, shops, and historical points of interest. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.
