The studio is located on the most popular avenue in Bucharest (Calea Victoriei) in an interwar historical monument which was built in 1937. It is 3 minutes away from Old City Center, bus stations and "Universitate" metro station. You can choose from a wide variety of restaurants in the nearby area, one of them being at the ground floor of the building. In a few minutes, you can find the main attractions of the city (Museums, Romanian Atheneum, Parliament Palace, Old City Center, Clubs, Malls). The space The studio consists in a hall with a pine wood bar on the full length of the wall, where you can enjoy your meal or spend some time using your laptop. Also, on the bar are some appliances, like microwave, kettle and a toaster. From the entrance hall, on the left side is the bathroom, and in front is the living area, where is a kitchenette, an extensible sofa and the stairs who leads to the sleeping area. From the living room you can get out on the balcony, where you can feel the interwar historical times and the Victory Avenue charm, seeing the entrance of Macca-Villacrosse passage toward Old City Center.
