The space The 2,800m2 property spreads over 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Its proximity to many beaches, Matala and the Phaistos archaeological site makes it an attractive destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and exploration. Kōa Villa I is part of the Kōa Villas complex and one of the two modern villas. The Koa Villas offer privacy amongst each other as well as mountain and sea views. Layout Indoors Walking into the first floor, you will find an open space area, gifted with natural lighting coming within. In this space, you will find the living room area which features a comfortable corner sofa and a 50” TV. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances accompanied with a 6 seater dining table, to make a self-catered holiday seem effortless. On the first floor, you will also find a WC with a sink and a toilet, for easy access. Strolling down to the ground floor of Kōa Villa I, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed (1,60x2,00). Featuring direct access to the outdoor area, which has a coffee table accompanied by two chairs, to enjoy your morning coffee with the sounds of nature. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a 43” TV. Located right next to the master bedroom, you will find the second en-suite bedroom. This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90x2,00), which can be joined together to form a queen-size bed (1,80x2,00). This room also features direct outdoor access, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a 32” TV. On the lower floor, you will find two single beds (0,90x2,00) which can be joined together to form a queen (1,80x2,00) with ample space featuring a 43” TV, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a desk area. Outdoor area The exterior of Kōa Villa I covers 1,300 m2 and offers many facilities including: - A private, 50 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. - The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas - BBQ facilities with Gas grill - Οutdoor dining area for 8 guests under a shaded pergola - Οutdoor sitting area - Garden / Lawn covered area for kids to play - Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises. - The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests. Kōa Villas are approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
