Flamingo Condo is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in a condo complex that allows short-term vacation rentals. Located In New Smyrna Beach, FL. Flamingo Condo is located within driving distance of many central FL attractions such as the Space Coast, Disney, and roughly a 30-minute drive to the famed Daytona Speedway. The condo has a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen fold-out sofa in the living room and a twin pull-out chaise in the living room. Fire code allows four guests max. The space The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed. New flooring, and a large Roku TV. The bed has built in drawers for storage and a large walk-in closet. The closet has plenty of extra linens, towels, and linens for the pull-out sofa and pull-out chaise. The bedroom connects to the bathroom with a shower and tub, vanity, and toilet. New large capacity washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with all black stainless appliances, new quartz countertops and all cookware. Condo was purchased in January 2021 and completely remodeled including new HVAC and hot water heater. All furnishing replaced after purchase. The only thing left to replace is the tile in the main area. Guest access Guest has full use of the condo and the building has a seasonally-heated outdoor pool, beach access, and community gas BBQs. There is also a tennis court that the HOA is transitioning to a pickle ball court. There is surface parking as well as parking garage parking. Guests will get one parking pass and can park one vehicle. Other things to note The building has owners who live in the building full-time. These owners expects renters and guests to respect the community. Our neighbor is on the HOA and evicted a past renter for throwing a luggage rack over the balcony. If you planning to act wild, please do not rent from us.
