My small charming apartment on the top floor (5th floor without elevator!) centrally located in Berlin Friedrichshain is characterized by a variety of special extras, such as a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, 65" 4K smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, air conditioning, attractive design - and much more. I hope your stay in my apartment makes your trip unforgettable :-) The space The apartment in the attic is quietly located in a residential area, but still very central and is ideally connected to the public transport network. The Ostbahnhof can be reached within a 3-minute walk. From here you can reach not only long-distance transport (InterCityExpress), but also public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus) as well as international long-distance transport including a great connection to the airport BER. All shops for daily needs (supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy) but also bars, restaurants, doctors, etc. are within walking distance. The REWE supermarket and the Rossmann drugstore in the station are also open on Sundays and public holidays. Boredom doesn't come up: the Uber Arena is a 15 minute walk away and offers a variety of concert and sporting events. Berghain, arguably the most famous techno club in the world, is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. And you can explore many Berlin neighborhoods worth seeing on foot! To the apartment itself: The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils and has a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will receive 2 fresh towels per person. Coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine are also included. The light-flooded 1-room apartment is ideal for singles or couples. If there are three of you, I will provide you with a guest bed. Please indicate the number of guests at the time of booking. Guest access I welcome my guests personally. Please let me know the planned time of arrival in good time.
