Relax in this quiet and stylish space. The space The house is located in the southwestern part of the island, which is one of the sunniest and hottest areas on the island. Guests also benefit from covered and private parking available on site and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. We recommend renting a car to travel around the island. We offer leaflets with pedestrian and public transport itineraries. For reasons of Hygiene and Food Safety, food is only left at the guest's request, at an extra cost. The host will always be available to assist you when prompted. Guests will be in your privacy Guest access Guests can access all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to provide a valid ID (e.g. passport, ID card). Municipal Tourist Fee is due payment of €2.00 per person per night, up to a limit of 7 nights. The Municipal Touristic Tax is exempt for minors under 13. The City Tourist Fee is charged through the opening of a case in the Airbnb Resolution Center. The Municipal Touristic Tax is a legal obligation and reverts in full to the Portuguese State, being a revenue of this. The check-in must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduling within 48 hours will be subject to the availability of our staff. The check-in has a tolerance of 60 minutes from the scheduled time. After the 60-minute grace period, guests will be subject to reschedule check-in. Check-in rescheduling has a surcharge of €25 (unless the reason is not assigned to the guest). All accommodations include bed linen and towels. On request, a cot and high chair can be installed. The intermediate cleanings are at extra cost and are carried out weekly or at another agreed frequency. Intermediate cleaning includes the change of bed linen, towels and consumables. The establishment is for the exclusive use of registered guests, and the entry and permanence of any person who is not a registered guest is prohibited.
