Relax in this quiet and elegant space. The space The house is located in the southwestern part of the island, which is one of the sunniest and hottest areas on the island. Guests also benefit from covered and private parking available on site and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. We recommend renting a car to travel around the island. We provide leaflets with walking and public transport itineraries. For reasons of Food Hygiene and Safety, food is only left at the guest's request, at an extra cost. The host will always be available to help you when requested. Guests will be in their privacy Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card). A Municipal Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night is due, up to a limit of 7 nights. The Municipal Tourism Tax is waived for children under 13 years of age. The Municipal Tourism Tax is charged by opening a case in the Airbnb Resolution Center. The Municipal Tourist Tax is a legal obligation and reverts in full to the Portuguese State, being a revenue of the latter. Check-in must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduling within 48 hours will be subject to the availability of our staff. Check-in has a 60-minute tolerance from the scheduled time. After the 60-minute grace period, guests will be subject to rescheduling check-in. Rescheduling check-in has an additional cost of €25 (unless the reason is not attributable to the guest). All accommodations include bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair can be installed on request. Intermediate cleaning is at an extra cost and is carried out weekly or at another agreed frequency. Intermediate cleaning includes changing bed linen, towels and consumables. The establishment is for the exclusive use of registered guests, and the entry and stay of anyone who is not a registered guest is prohibited. We thank our guests for adopting civic behavior during their stay, the prudent use of the utensils and equipment installed in the establishment, as well as the building of the establishment, avoiding changes in the arrangement of the furniture/equipment made available.
