Guest access The studio is integrated into the host's house, with areas shared with the owner, the yard, the barbecue, the terrace, the clothesline. It has a separate entrance directly to the road. Other things to note The property is a 10-minute walk from the city center. It has a stunning view. The studio and common areas have stairs, so they are not suitable for people with limited mobility. The laundry room is for the hostess' use and she can make the washing machine available upon request from guests. According to Decree-Law No. 82 of 04/26/2024, the Municipality of Funchal through Notice 8903/2024/2, as of 10/01/2024, applies the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2.00 per guest per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, (children up to 12 years old do not pay) to be charged at check-in.
