"Serdika" station, which is the main underground station, is located within less than 7 minutes walk and provides direct link to Sofia's Airport, Train and Bus stations. The space The apartment is 55 sq.m, completely renovated at the beginning of 2024. => It is comfortable as a working HUB as it not only has fast Wi-Fi (>600 MBPs) but it has a "working" area. (cable connection also available inside the apartment) => The place is suitable for up to 4 people due to its size and amenities. => There is an Ambilight SMART TV in the living room which supports full HD quality plus an indoor electric fire-place. You can use our Netflix and Disney+ accounts for free! => The sofa in the living room is expandable 150/220 + we provide top mattress for it for even higher comfort => We have a dedicated "reading space" with large armchair and a footstool. => In the Kitchen area, you can find everything that you need for cooking, including an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a mini-fridge with freezer. Inside the cupboard, you will find plenty of products for cooking including salt, pepper, oil, different spices, etc. => Washing machine available with a drying feature => In the bedroom, you can relax on the comfortable mattress of our King Size bed and store your clothing at large smart light wardrobe. => The bathroom features a 3 light options color mirror to do your makeup + a hygienic shower. The shower cabin is expandable so that you can have more space when you are not showering. => Finally, you can have your breakfast or a cigarette on the terrace around the apartment. NB! The apartment has central heating and unlimited hot water + 2 ACs for the warmer summer days. There are 2 boilers for hot water just in case as well. Guest access The building that you will be staying at is brand new, built-in 2023. The apartment is located on the first floor. There is a lock box at the entrance. The code for it will be provided by me around 3 days before your arrival. Other things to note - Late check in /after 11 pm/ is available. - Extended stay until 6 p.m. on check out day /after noon/ is available upon confirmation from us for an agreed price. - Transfer from/to airport, train station, bus station available upon request - One day tours, trips and experiences are available upon interest - Rent a car available - Welcome "Snacks" box can be prepared for you upon interest as well - Free brand new Baby Cot available if booked in advance - Personal details for each visitor have to be provided prior arrival (requirement of the Ministry of Tourism)
