Cable TV and Wifi are available and free of charge. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE! Electricity consumption will be charged extra. At arrival the electricity meter will be read as well as at time of departure. Consumption will be calculated and charged at time of departure according the actual rate. The complex has locked gates that open with a magnetic key. This key will be handed over together with the house keys. In case of loss, you will be charged 50 US$. A security deposit of 100$ needs to be paid at time of check in. Pets are NOT allowed.
