This home overlooks the Gulf of Paria and allows guests to either get far away to relax in the rustic south of the island or be as busy as they like with easy access (via car) to local shops, restaurants, family friendly activities, the beach and nightlife. Local Fitness Centre located on access to road (5 mins walk from house). It is good for business travellers, families (with kids), large groups or smaller groups. The space The house is situated on c.10,000 sq ft of land with lush greenery and some local fruit trees at the rear of the property. There are Ocean views to the front of the property. The space itself is open plan, light and airy with high ceilings, and two fully equipped Kitchens. The space is flexible for small or large number of guests. Up to 6 guests will be accommodated in the Main House which has three bedrooms. The annex is a self contained apartment with its own kitchen and living area as well as 2 bedrooms that sleeps up to 4 more people. Guest access Guests have access to all areas except the locked storage rooms and any cupboards with personal items.
