Welcome to a fantastic lakefront villa with pool and lush garden. This homey accommodation offers four bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 6 people (crib available if needed). Two large bathrooms and toilet on each floor. A well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook a nice dinner. Living room and dining room where the patio doors lead out to the large terrace with pool. On the terrace, there is both a dining and lounge group, sun chairs, parasols and a barbecue grill. The space Outdoors, there is a large pool (open May - September), barbecue, two dining areas (one in the front and one in the back), lounge group, parasol & sun loungers. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms where one of the bedrooms has a double bed (160 cm) and the other two have single beds. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the ground floor there is a kitchen. The kitchen is completely renovated and equipped with a large gas stove. There is access to coffee makers and various household appliances. There's also a smaller toilet on the entrance floor. The dining room can accommodate up to 8 people and there is also access to high chairs if needed. The living room has a large sofa, armchair and smart TV where you can stream from various services (login not included). On the basement floor there is a study with a desk and a double bed (160 cm), there is a large bathroom with both a bathtub and shower as well as access to a washing machine and dryer.
