Located in the funky West King neighborhood, only ~2 miles from the heart of the "Ancient City" and 4.5 miles to the beach. Enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fully-fenced backyard with a fire pit, prepare meals in the fully equipped and updated kitchen, or play games while enjoying the upscale decor. Dog-friendly home. It’s a quick car ride to all of the adventures St. Augustine has to offer! The space This is a 3-bedroom 2-bath home, fire pit, a pet-friendly fenced backyard, TVs, and ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. Up-and-coming West King area, this is a mature neighborhood with a mix of older and new build homes. Coffee bar with drip & Keurig coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace. Entertainment includes Smart TV w/apps, Roku, books, a Record Player, and board games. The Emerald sleeps up to seven guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second, and a twin-over-full bunk in the third, where you’ll also find a Pack ’n Play for little ones. Outside, the private backyard offers a patio with a hammock and a fire pit with seating (wood not provided), perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring St. Augustine’s historic charm, vibrant dining, and eclectic local shops. Guest access Entire home and front/back yard. Other things to note • An additional guest screening form may be required • The primary guest must be present and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. • A Ring doorbell with audio and video recording, triggered by motion, is located next to the front door. There is an additional security camera attached to the front roofline of the house that faces the street. This camera has been disabled and is not in use. • Pet Friendly: One house-trained dog allowed with prior approval. A second dog may be considered, but never more than two dogs. Each pet requires an additional fee. Cats and all other animals are not permitted. Dogs must be crated (crate provided by guest) when left alone.
