Apartment in central Skellefteå in a quiet area

Welcome to our studio apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood. SKELLEFTEÅ is a gem in the beautiful North. Go to the homepage called visit skelleftea for information of things to see and do in the area. This is a great place to be all year round. Explore hikes, kayaking in the river or the sea, or other adventures as well as cultural events. We are close to the forest, the river and city center 2 km, bus stop 250m. Free parking, wifi, good bed. Separate entrance, garden, great grocery store. The space The appartement has its own entrance from outside by a nice staircase. It’s a practical and comfortable one room apartment. It includes a closet, a good quality bed for one-two persons, a bathroom with shower and hygiene articles. The kitchen holds a small stove, microwave, sink, good sized fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and some basic food items such as coffee, tea, oil, salt etc. There is a small table with 2 chairs. The apartment also has another door leading to the back yard, where guests can enjoy sitting outside in the garden when the weather is warm. There is a nice spot with furniture for morning coffee in the sun. Guest access Our guests have the apartment to themselves. It is well sound isolated. We share the parking area and garden. I am helpful and happy to share ideas of things to see and do. If you are planning to stay for more than a few days laundry can be organised. Sheets and towels are included. Should you prefer to pay for cleaning the charge is 400kr for a short stay (1-2nights ) and 700kr for a stay 3 nights or longer. If you choose to do the cleaning yourself, you’ll find the cleaning manual and equipment in the apartment. We expect you to leave the apartment as clean and tidy as you found it. For our long term guests : For longer stays we will provide a change of clean sheets and towels every week. You are welcome to do your laundry in our laundry room. And for foreign guests we like to inform you that it’s perfectly safe to drink the tap water. No need to buy bottled water 💦😊.
