The Gardener’s Retreat is a tranquil cottage with European charm on a quiet cul-de-sac on the western side of Walla Walla. We invite you to relax and unwind as French doors open to a private patio overlooking a potager style kitchen garden of seasonal flowers, herbs, fruit, produce and grapevines The space The creation of the Gardener's Retreat has been a wonderful journey for us. Our desire has been to create a charming ambiance of peaceful relaxation for each guest. The 600 square feet space, located behind our home, includes a small, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful white shaker cabinetry, a stunning quartzite countertop and a farmhouse sink. All new appliances include refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well appointed with new dishes, glass tumblers and wine glasses. Complete sets of cookware, bakeware, utensils and even a hot air popcorn maker fill our cupboards to make your cooking experience complete. Begin your morning with an espresso machine as you relax on your own patio overlooking the large fountain centered in the middle of the ever-changing plants growing in the garden. For the discerning traveler, we offer resort class amenities such as Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap and luxury linens. The queen size bed is made with Brooklinen sheets and a beautiful Pottery Barn duvet cover. Guest access Park in our designated space and walk on the pathway to the cottage's front door. Guests will be provided with a personalized code to access the property via the keypad lock. Though the cottage's patio is for your own personal use, please feel free to stroll throughout the potager's garden space. Guests are welcome to sample the seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs from the garden during your stay. Other things to note We try to make your stay as wonderful as possible.
