If available, the corresponding fee will be sent for approval. ⏰ CHECK-OUT: The latest departure time is 11:00 AM. If you need to leave later, you must request authorization. Depending on the response, the corresponding extra fee will apply. Failure to leave at the agreed time will result in an additional charge based on the delay. 🧹 UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: Cleaning is scheduled at 11:00 AM. If late check-out is not authorized and the apartment is not vacated by that time, a penalty will be charged to reschedule cleaning. 🗓️ Change of Departure Date: If a guest needs to modify their departure date, they must notify at least 24 hours before the established check-out time. This is necessary to coordinate cleaning services and verify if the change can be authorized. Failure to notify within the required time will result in a $55 USD fee for rescheduling cleaning services. 🚫 VISITS: Parties or gatherings inside the property are strictly prohibited. Only guests registered in the reservation may enter. If additional undeclared guests are detected, a charge of $15 USD per extra guest, per night of stay will apply. Any unauthorized visit will be considered a violation of the rules and may result in eviction. Penalty for violation: $300 USD. 🚭 SMOKE-FREE APARTMENT: Smoking or using tobacco products inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Penalty: $500 USD. 💊 ILLICIT SUBSTANCE USE: The consumption or possession of drugs or narcotics inside the apartment is prohibited. If illicit activity is reported, authorities will be allowed entry. Penalty: $500 USD. 🐶 PET POLICY: • Pets are not allowed inside the building or apartment. • If a pet is detected, a $500 USD fine will apply. 🔇 RESPECT QUIET HOURS: Starting at 9:00 PM, guests are asked not to remain in common areas or generate noise that may disturb others. Please keep a moderate volume inside the apartment to respect neighbors’ tranquility. 🔑 KEYS: At the end of the stay: • Lost or forgotten keys: $500 MXN / $25 USD (may vary depending on time and type of key). • Lost electronic keys (cards) or security keys: $450 MXN / $13 USD. • If an additional set of keys is requested during the stay, delivery costs must be covered. Note: Key replacement costs may vary; amounts listed are estimates. 🧱 PROPERTY DAMAGE: The apartment is equipped and inventoried for your use and enjoyment. Everything must be returned in the same condition. Any damage must be reported, quoted, and covered by the guest. 🛑 LOSS OR THEFT OF PERSONAL ITEMS: The host is not responsible for loss or theft inside the apartment. 🧼 INTERMEDIATE AND LONG STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, mandatory weekly cleaning will be scheduled at an additional cost to be covered by the guest. 🌿 PLANT CARE: The apartment has plants that require weekly watering. By booking, guests agree that a team member may enter once a week to care for them. ⚡ ELECTRICITY USE (LONG STAYS): For stays of 1 month or more, we request conscious use of resources (heaters, fans, etc.). If the electricity bill exceeds 35% of the usual consumption, an extra charge will apply for the excess. 🏛️ PROPERTY DOMAIN: Neither the host nor the owner will be responsible for illicit acts committed inside the apartment, in accordance with the Law of Asset Forfeiture. 🛏️ MATTRESS OR BED DAMAGE: If the bed or mattress is damaged or stained during the stay, an additional charge will apply depending on the type and level of damage. If irreparable, the guest must cover the full replacement cost of the mattress. 🧺 BEDDING AND TOWEL POLICY: If towels, sheets, pillowcases, or bath mats are excessively dirty, stained, damaged, or marked with makeup, an additional charge will apply.
