APARTMENT IN BERTIOGA / SP - ENSEADA Three bedrooms, one suite, with a total useful area of 97 m², three blocks away from the beach, the property, on the 3rd floor of the building, overlooks a green area of Atlantic forest between the condominium and the beach. There are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people. We provide five beach chairs, an umbrella and a beverage cooler. The space BALCONY - Spacious gourmet balcony with barbecue, sink with cabinet, table with 4 chairs and two armchairs. BEDROOMS - Built-in wardrobes in the three bedrooms. The suite has a Queen Size double bed with side nightstands. In the two bedrooms, there are two single beds in each, and in one of them, there is a small TV for video game connection (game device not included). All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. Six pillows and bed linens are available for all bedrooms. BATHROOMS – En-suite bathroom and social bathroom between the two bedrooms, equipped with electronic showers. LIVING ROOM – With two environments: 1 DINING ROOM – A round table with a wooden top, 1.20 m in diameter, with five chairs and a sideboard with a glass top. 2 LIVING ROOM WITH TV – Sofa for three people, an armchair-type chair, planned panel for TV with rack, SONY 40 Full HD TV, with Fire TV Stick and WiFi. KITCHEN - Built-in cabinets, with the following appliances: Duplex refrigerator, Cook Top, Electric oven and Microwave, all Electrolux. SERVICE AREA - Built-in closet, washing machine, five beach chairs and an umbrella. Guest access Common area of the building and pool area. Other things to note We do not provide towels.
