Located just five minutes drive to lake Wanaka, with car and boat parking aplenty, our family home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, at the foot of Mt. Iron, and a stone’s throw from Mt. Iron walking track - the setting is serene with mountain outlooks and a relaxing outdoor dining/BBQ area for you to enjoy. Master bedroom 1x king bed Second bedroom 1x queen bed The space The kitchen and lounge room are located on the ground floor, along with the bathroom and laundry areas. All three bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor, each offering views of the surrounding mountains, including Mt. Iron. The outdoor entertainment area is most suitable for dining and there is a four person dining table inside the house. Other things to note Please note that the three car garage located on the ground floor is inaccessible to guests. The home is our family home and there may be personal effects in cupboards and wardrobes. The listing is for the two pictured bedrooms only - a third bedroom will be locked and inaccessible to guests. Please note that there is a separate/ detached self-contained unit located on the large section (>1500m ²) that will be occupied by a maximum of two other guests. The unit and the house face away from one another and each has a dedicated outdoor space that is entirely private from the other, however we do ask that you are respectful of the other unit and its occupants.
