Quiet vacation home overlooking the garden

Fully equipped apartment overlooking the garden, in a quiet green location. In the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, an indoor swimming pool and a gym. The space The 64 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house, in a quiet location with garden view. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee & Nespresso machine and fridge) and has a large dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a sofa, sofa bed, desk and coffee table, the bedroom has a large double bed (200 x 200 cm), a dresser and a wardrobe. Linens and towels are included to make your stay more pleasant. Guest access The laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge daily between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The gym can be booked for private use once a day for 60 minutes, free of charge, at pre-arranged times (between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.), subject to availability. The swimming pool can be booked for private use once a day for 60 minutes free of charge at pre-arranged times (between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.), subject to availability. Other things to note Parking is available throughout Vienna on the street from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 10 pm for a fee (currently 2.50 euros/hour). Free parking on the street is available on Saturday and Sunday. For my guests there is the possibility of a day parking ticket for the street near the accommodation (currently 5 euros/day) – depending on availability or a place in a garage in the area (currently 18 euros/day) - reservation required! Tickets for public transport or hourly parking tickets can be purchased and provided in advance. Taxes and fees are included in the price. Please note our guest manual!
