Our spacious king-size bed and the spacious and comfortable queen size sofa bed with integrated comfort mattress promise a restful sleep! The space In our newly renovated apartment in Burghausen, you will feel completely at home! It is a spacious 50 m² apartment on the upper floor, which is located in our detached private house. The accommodation has its own entrance and is therefore exclusively for our guests! We offer you keyless entry, where you can conveniently lock and unlock the front door using a security code that we will provide to you by email shortly before your arrival. In the entrance area you will find the cloakroom and then enter your apartment on the upper floor via the stairs. A new and fully equipped kitchen awaits you, which offers appliances such as a drink water-Soda Stream, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer as well as a kettle, oven, four hobs, mixer and toaster. All important utensils are of course also available. For your little ones we have a fully made-up baby bed and a high chair. You can access the bathroom on two sides, directly from the bedroom and directly from the hallway. Here you will find everything prepared for you. A brand new washer-dryer is of course also available to you free of charge, as well as a Iron, ironing board, clothes horse, hairdryer, towels and laundry soap as well as all common utensils. In the living room, in addition to the new coffee machine, you will find a dining table for 4 people and two couches, one of which is a very comfortable and large sofa bed with a lying area of 140 cm x 200 cm. We have also provided you with a 55" 4K television, which is equipped with the entertainment program from "Waipu". Experience the best entertainment with Netflix, YouTube and all traditional TV channels in HD! You will also be provided with fast WiFi and will enjoy the best reception anywhere in the apartment! Last but not least, in the bedroom you will find the super comfortable king-size bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, in which you will have restful nights! Equipped with a desk and office chair for business travelers as well as a make-up mirror and a wardrobe, you won't miss anything during your stay with us! In the outer entrance area, which is only available to you, you have your own wooden veranda seating and a table so you can enjoy your coffee outside! There are restaurants & supermarkets close by (5-10 minutes walk), so you have everything you need for a great stay in Burghausen!
