Cabin in Avon

Nestled in the woods of the Western Maine Mountains sits a perfect little getaway to relax, unplug, and enjoy what truly matters. Our cozy little cabin sits on 7 acres, Mount blue pond is a 3 minute walk perfect for kayaking and fishing with beautiful mountain scenery. Front door ATV access. Dogs welcome! The space “ The Shack” is a perfect location for your next getaway! There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with 2 queens and a twin. The living room has a futon, place comfortably will sleep 8. There is an easy to use generator for power. No running water, but has an easy access stream down the road. We provide 2- water jugs. Propane stove and kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials. There is also a propane grill in the front shed. Shower bag is there along with a 2 up kayak and a canoe to explore Mount Blue pond just 3 minutes away! There is cell phone service, no WiFi but there is a T.V with a DVD player and plenty of DVDs. Place is equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, blankets, pillows, paper towels toilet paper, and dish soap. Firewood is also included! Please be mindful using the split wood for outside use as we need the wood for wood stove.
