It's all about the views on St. Croix and from the moment you step inside, you'll be amazed at the sights and sounds of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding hills. Complete with all new furniture and appliances, this home also includes wi-fi, TVs in all room, and a beautiful Cozy kitchen. AIR CONDITIONING Our home has the benefit of split air conditioning in both bedrooms. Please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed while the A/C's are running to ensure it operates at maximum efficiency. CEILING FANS High efficiency ceiling fans are installed throughout the home to help keep you cool. Each fan is operated via a wall switch. BEACH EQUIPMENT Beach chairs, ice cooler and beach towels are located inside the closet in the room. Kindly use the outdoor garden hose to rinse off sand before returning the equipment. Guest access Self check-in and checkout instructions will be sent to you 1 or 2 days prior to your arrival, along with direction to the home. Other things to note St Tomas, St John, the British Virgin Islands, and more can be easily spotted on a clear day, which is the case most of the time in St Croix. Deers and peacocks can often be seen throughout the area and all of it can be viewed while in the BBQ area. This is a fantastic home in one of the most beautiful locations in the Caribbean.
