We are in-between RV manufacturing (all over Elkhart County) and the orthopedic industry (Warsaw). Notre Dame is a quick 40 minutes away. We're just a short drive from wonderful homemade Amish crafts, bakeries and scenic farms from Shipshewanna to Nappanee. Guest access The whole main level, with an open living and dining area, is available for your enjoyment. A serene view of the backyard can be seen through French Doors in the dining area. The full kitchen is a few steps from the table with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink with filtered water faucet, and refrigerator. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor. In the basement you have access to the washer and dryer as well as a carpeted, large family space for kids to play. Other things to note Parking is available in the driveway for two vehicles. Or, if needed, you can park along the opposite side of the street. Please, be mindful to not block the sidewalk or park on the side of the street closest to the house. There are signs posted.
