The Annex of the Gîte at the gates of Sancy

We invite you to share our life in the countryside for a stay. Stay in a house in the heart of a small village surrounded by nature*. The vacation rental is located in the municipality of Montaigut le Blanc, in the hamlet of Saint Julien. You will be 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resorts for a range of outdoor activities. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. *10 minutes from the A75 motorway exit (exit 6 Champeix) The space This gîte is designed for 6 people, but if you are looking for a higher capacity you can rent the gîte located next door which is designed for 15 people. You will find it under the name Gîte aux portes du Sancy. ​Gîte located in a small quiet hamlet in the municipality of Montaigut le Blanc. You will be 30 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, 40 minutes from Puy de Dôme and Vulcania. In 15 minutes you can tour Lake Pavin but also swim in Lake Chambon and you will be 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resort. You will find all amenities 3 km away, Intermarché, Pharmacy, Bakery, Restaurants... The house offers modern decor, large bright volumes and a large living room. You can also enjoy its enclosed garden to relax. ​On the ground floor you will find a dining room, kitchen, living room, toilet. You will have access to the garden to enjoy the sunny days. You will enjoy a terrace for eating outside and we provide a charcoal barbecue. ​Upstairs you will have a master bedroom (with its bathroom and toilet), a second bedroom with a double bed (in this room there is no possibility of making it dark to sleep) and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom and another toilet. Children are welcome and we provide the necessary equipment (a travel cot, changing table, highchair, potty and toilet reducer). Rental of linens and towels: - for double bed: €18 - for single bed: €10 Linens and towels will only be placed on the beds. The beds will not be made. PLEASE NOTE the cottage must be returned in the clean condition in which you found it, otherwise a cleaning fee will be applied. INFORMATION THE STOVE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL. It is not a pellet stove but a wood stove and for safety reasons it is not usable, thank you for your understanding. THE COFFEE MAKER IS A NESPRESSO, there is also a classic filter coffee maker. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guest access You will have a parking space in front of the house to unload. Other vehicles will have to park in the village (two-minute walk to the gîte). Other things to note An electric charging station (7kW/h) is available. The rate is €0.27/kWh. No recharging on an outlet will be accepted. If you wish to use the terminal, please let us know upon arrival so that we can give you the charging card. You will need to pay for your recharge when you return the card upon checkout.
