Relax in a private 900-sq-ft FULL APARTMENT upstairs in a charming old farmhouse, tucked into peaceful countryside with woods and rolling hills, just 12 miles from Lake Michigan’s sandy beaches. Your private space includes 3 bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a full bathroom with shower. Guests also share access to a 200-sq-ft main-floor kitchen. Enjoy the spacious yard and large porch (seasonal swing, rocker, picnic table). Friendly host lives on-site and is happy to welcome you. The space Enter the home through a keypad entry into the spacious shared kitchen, and be greeted by Eric, your host. From there, head upstairs for your own space! At the top of the stairs is an open room with a coffee/tea buffet and game cabinet. From there, walk into the cozy living room with 42" TV with access to all your favorite streaming services, DVD player, selection of DVDs. Off of the living room are three fully furnished bedrooms - two with double beds, and one with a twin bed. Each bedroom has a sitting area, luggage rack, closet space, digital clock, USB charging ports, extra bedding, and a portable fan. There is also a private, guests-only bathroom with shower. Guest access The entire upstairs is yours! The full kitchen on the first floor is shared with Eric. In the kitchen, you will have a dedicated shelf in the refrigerator, your own designated counter space, and access to the microwave, table and chairs, and sink. Outside, enjoy the spacious wrap-around porch and a huge yard! During your stay Eric works from home Monday through Friday and can usually be available if you need anything or have any questions throughout your stay. If you are celebrating a special occasion and would like a meal prepared during your stay for an extra fee, just ask Eric, who loves to cook! Other things to note We ask guests to please stay out of the Eric's private living & work spaces on the first floor and basement.
