The apartment hosts up to 6 guests Ski In/Out The building is ideally located near the Cielo Alto slope and lift, offering ski-in/ski-out access. While the ski-out is easy and suitable for most levels, the ski-in includes an off-piste section through the woods, recommended only for confident parallel skiers. Guests who prefer not to ski through the woods usually stop at the bottom of the slope and walk approximately 80 meters uphill to reach the flat. Please check the ski area and slope levels before planning your route. Services The building is conveniently located right across from several amenities, including a pizzeria, restaurant, mini market, and ski rental, and our guests have a dedicated discount that will be shared via a PDF after booking. At the entrance of the building, you’ll also find a bus stop with service to the town centre. The bus runs approximately every 40 minutes, and a copy of the timetable will be available in the apartment for your convenience. Property description Bedroom The apartment offers one main designated bedroom with a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2), and a second sleeping area with a bunk bed (two single beds, sleeps 2), separated by a new wardrobe for added privacy. Both areas share access to a balcony facing the Matterhorn—wake up to truly breathtaking views each morning! Living Room/Dining Area. The living room is the heart of the apartment—spacious, bright and offers a wide balcony with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn, a dining area with a table that seats 6 people and a sofa bed for the extra 2 guests. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, keeping it simple yet functional. It includes a full-sized fridge, electric hob, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and essential kitchen utensils. There’s also plenty of storage space for your food and groceries, making it easy to feel at home during your stay. Bathroom The spacious full bathroom includes a sink, bidet, toilet, and a walk-in shower, along with extra storage to make getting ready after a day of skiing convenient and comfortable for your group. Private Ski Locker On level 0 the apartment has a dedicated ski locker which matches the apartment number in the ski room area. Our on-site host will show you everything on your arrival Guest access The guests will have access to the complete apartment, including the communal areas like the ski storage and free parking area located in front of the building. Other things to note We wanted to inform you about a new Tourist Tax that will be applicable in Aosta starting in May 2024. This tax is required by the Aosta Commune for visitors to Cervinia, and it will need to be paid directly to me at check-in, rather than through Airbnb. Here are the details: Who is exempt? Children under 15 years old. For everyone else: The tax is EUR 2.00 per night during High Season (Skiing season and Summer) and EUR 1.00 per night during Low Season (1 May to 15 June and 1 October to 30 November). The tax is only applied for the first 7 nights of your stay. Example: For 3 adults and 1 child (age 15), staying 7 nights in High Season, the total tax would be EUR 56.00 (4 qualifying persons x 7 nights x EUR 2.00).
