The building is simple, with 24-hour security. Inside, the space offers comfort, good internet and practicality. The space The space was designed to offer smart compact comfort, with everything at hand and well distributed — ideal for those seeking autonomy and practicality in everyday life. Right at the entrance, there is a compact pantry/kitchen equipped with: sink with cabinet, minibar, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker/grill, air-fryer, one-burner electric stove with scrubber, dishes, glasses, mugs and cutlery for up to 4 people. Ideal for quick meals during your stay. Next, a wardrobe with hangers, a portable ironing board and an iron. Table for meals or remote work, with two chairs and soft lighting. Air-conditioned, quiet environment with 200Mb/s Wi-Fi (optical fiber – MAXX). Rest area with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra single bed. It comfortably accommodates 2 people and, in exceptional short-term scenarios, up to 4 guests (respecting the condominium limit). Private bathroom with electric shower, hand shower and hairdryer. Additional comforts: 32” Smart TV with Netflix access and complete trousseau (bed and bath), depending on the number of guests in the reservation. From the window, through the safety net, you can see the sea of São Marcos Bay between the buildings and a part of the Jansen Lagoon. In the late afternoon, the colorful sky of São Luís usually paints the horizon, while the lights of the ships anchored in the bay appear as small golden dots between the outlines of the sea. At night, the city lights complete the scene. Guest access Check-in is simple and secure: upon arrival, you register at the front desk with an official photo ID. After that, access to the flat is via an electronic lock, without the need for a key. You will have exclusive access to the flat throughout your stay. On the ground floor of the building, there is a grocery store, convenience store, beauty salon and a Zen space with aesthetic and massage services (according to local availability). Other things to note Before booking, please be aware of the condominium rules, which aim to ensure the safety and good coexistence of all residents and guests: Registration with original photo ID is required at check-in. Access to the flat is exclusive to guests listed on the Airbnb reservation and registered at the reception. "Please pay attention to the number of guests informed at the time of booking and inform the host in advance of any changes." Visitors are not allowed inside the flat "for short stays," according to Condominium Rules. The flat is on a high floor and has a safety net on the window, as shown in the photos. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in the common areas of the building. The space has basic utensils and appliances for quick meals (such as a minibar, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.), but "does not have a conventional kitchen." We ask for special attention to avoid preparing food with a strong smell or intense frying, which may leave prolonged odors or difficult residues. As the flat is intended for seasonal rentals, with frequent guest turnover, this can impact the subsequent reservation. If this occurs, and the cleaning time needs to be extended, an additional fee may be applied and, in specific situations, a compensatory daily rate if the next reservation is affected. The daily rate is calculated fairly, considering that there are no cleaning services during the stay. The cleaning fee exclusively covers cleaning after checkout. For stays longer than 4 days, we provide extra bed and bath linens. For extended stays, optional weekly cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee and "staff availability".
