Centrally located, you can drive to anywhere in SLO County in 50 minutes or less, or step out the front door to walk a gently sloping mile with views of beautiful Santa Margarita Ranch and the Central Coast hills. A place to enjoy nature, and the wine country. Guest access This 3 bedroom home accommodates up to 6 people privately on the weekends or for a week at a time. All four patios offer beautiful views, comfort and space for entertaining. Enjoy in-season fruit from the trees, and eggs from the chickens in the back yard. Ample guest parking is close to the front entrance. A BBQ is available for your use. Laundry facilities are accessible to guests who stay a week. Other things to note We use non-toxic cleansers and provide rich, non toxic Tea Tree personal care products for your good health and comfort. A curling iron and hair dryer are furnished, as are beach towels. Both medium and firm pillows enhance the luxurious bed linens. Bedroom #3 has a sectional that converts to a queen bed. It's different than a sofa bed mattress that folds in half. This is a new Serta product where a section pulls out and up to make the bed. Then a 3" thick memory foam pad covers cushions for extreme comfort. We are sorry, we are not licensed to prepare foods for you, but fresh fruit will be available when you arrive. Our weather warms up typically around noon and cools fast at sunset. Temperature highs and lows can vary as much as 50 degrees in a 24 hour period throughout the year; wear layers for comfort.
