Touchwood house is a newly renovated 4 bedroom family home. This beautiful home is located on the North Wales coast of Llandudno and is well positioned for you to be able to visit all the exciting attractions it has to offer. The property location is an 18 minute walk to Llandudno town centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Both the beach and Venue Cymru are only a 3 minute walk away. The space On entry in through the front door there's a hallway with the stairs leading to the first floor and a doorway through into the open plan dining/living room. The well equip kitchen is down two steps from the dining room (there is a baby gate provided for safety if needed). There is a utility room off the kitchen with a tall fridge freezer, ironing board, Iron, mop and bucket, floor brush, vacuum, highchair, baby gate and access to the rear enclosed yard and seating area. There is a brick built shed with plenty of storage for bikes, paddleboards, pushchairs/prams or mobility scooters, there is also plug sockets for charging of mobility scooters if needed. Please do not take large item like this into the house. On the first floor there is a 4 piece bathroom comprising of bath, shower, toilet and sink. Also on the first floor is a double bedroom and a king size bedroom with En-suite shower room (shower and sink only) Up again onto the second floor there are two further bedrooms, 1 twin room and one room with bunk beds. Additional noted:- The travel cot and highchair is always at the property, Cot bedding is not provided.
