Our Petite Maison

Our urban sanctuary is located in the quiet, historic Blenman Elm neighborhood. We are walking distance to the UA and University Hospital. If you come for graduation, a residency interview, the Book Fair, or a sporting event, we are in a perfect location. If you want to get further away, we a four blocks from the street car that will take you to 4th Ave, and into downtown. No smoking on the property. No animals. The space The unit is fully furnished. If you would like to cook your own meals, the kitchen is well stocked. The breakfast bar could also function as an office work space. Guest access You have access to the Studio and the patio in front of the studio. We have keyless entry on both the front gate and the front door. If you require parking, we have a space directly in front of the unit, and a parking pass will be provided. Parking passes are needed Mon. through Fri. 8-5.
