Beautiful newly refurbished 4 double bed house in Brighton. Light & spacious, newly refurbished 4 double bedroom house nestled at the top of Brighton near the Downs, with large garden, decking and BBQ. Sleeps up to 8 people. The space Newly refurbished house, with 4 good sized double bedrooms ( 2 king & 2 double beds). There is a lovely large open plan living and dining area, the kitchen has an oven, hobs , fridge, freezer and washing machine. The living and dining space lead out onto the beautiful garden which has a decked area with garden furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy at your leisure. Two bedrooms with king size beds are located on the ground floor & Two bedrooms with double beds are upstairs, one of the bedrooms upstairs has a dedicated work space which overlooks the garden. On the ground floor there is a family bathroom with a bath, over head shower and WC. Upstairs there is a shower room with WC. The property has a long drive enough to fit 3-4 cars, there is also plenty of free on street parking. DOGS Dogs are welcome, but please do let us know on your initial request as there is an additional £55 charge. Please Note: Any dogs that stay at the property should be fully house-trained, and are not to be left unattended at the house at any time. LOCATION Just a 10 minute drive to the city centre, this is a great base to explore Brighton and Hove without being in the noisy hustle and bustle. If you do not wish to drive, The number 27 (Westdene - Saltdean) bus has a stop which is just a 5 minute walk round the corner, and takes you to the centre of Brighton, also Taxis or Ubers are very quick to the area and cost around £10-12 to the city centre. The house has quick access to the A23 should you like to visit the surrounding areas of Sussex. There are also beautiful walks just 5 minutes away through Green Ridge park which takes you along past the Windmill, as well as Gatton park which is just behind the property (EV Charger is available at the property - charges apply) Guest access To access the property there is a key safe at the side entrance. Other things to note In the kitchen there is tea and coffee making facilities (Included are coffee pods and Tea bags) We also provide washing up liquid and washing tablets. In the bathrooms you will find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Netflix and Amazon Prime are included at the property. There is an EV charger available at the property with an additional charge of £25 per 18 hours/full charge
