I rent an apartment 130 meters from the beach, in Pitangueiras in the center of Guarujá. We combine comfort and casualness. Best location in the region. Great for families. We are pet friendly. Morning sun, leaves the apartment airy in the afternoon/evening. Living room with Smart TV and 2 sofa beds, terrace with table and 4 chairs. Double bedroom with extra bed, single bedroom with 2 beds + bunk bed, and 3rd bedroom with double bed. Beach service. 250 Mbps WiFi, basic and music channels, which makes the trip more enjoyable. The space We are one block from the beach, in Pitangueiras. Guarujá's best beach. It is close to everything: the center, all kinds of shops and restaurants, shopping and markets. Everything is 2 to 6 blocks away, but far enough to have the silence we want to rest. It is close to Enseada beach, where you can walk to enjoy the whole view. We do not provide bed and bath linens – feel free to bring your favorite items to make your experience even more comfortable! 🛏️🚿 Other things to note People who are not listed in the document that will be drawn up between the parties are not allowed to enter. Friends, city dwellers or visitors from other cities are not allowed to enter the condominium, even if authorized, as they do not have such authority.
