Enjoy your stay here in Berea! Main living floor has a fully functional kitchen, stocked coffee bar, relaxing living room, dinning area, two bedrooms, work space, and full bathroom! Downstairs there is a workout room with light weight and cardio equipment. Additionally a laundry room and flex room. In the back is a large game room with many games to stay entertained! Near by: Southwest Hospital Fairview Hospital Baldwin Wallace University Browns Training Facility CLE airport IX Center CLE The space Handicap considerations: There are 11 steps downstairs and if entering the game room from inside 7 steps up. You can enter game room through side door if you prefer to avoid them. Smart TVs: available in most rooms through out the house so you can access your preferred streaming service. Free TV channels are pre downloaded for your convenience. Rooms: smaller rooms with queen beds, smart TV, and storage. Main living area: living room with smart TV and sound bar. Coffee bar with some complementary coffee to start the morning! Dinning room table. Kitchen: all equipment you would need to cook if so desired. Salt pepper, and olive oil to get you started. Workout room: light weights, exercise rower, yoga mat, and smart TV. Exercise with caution to reduce the risk of injury and exercise at own risk!! Laundry room: washer dryer, and complimentary soap and dryer sheet to get started. Longer stays need to supply there own once stock is gone. Game room: Wall tic tack toe, ring toss, Shuffle board, board games, Smart TV, oversized jenga, and mini put golf to enjoy! Garage: temporarily not available for garage parking but driveway is all yours! Back yard: landscape improvements being made slowly, and yard is to be leveled and reseeded estimated completion in 2024. Flex room: future plans for additional bedroom after landscaping is complete. Community: berea is a great area with a cozy small downtown and really exceptional parks all around. Recommend coe lake!
